Job Description: As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers seeking assistance via chat. Your primary role will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: Must be a college student graduating in 2025. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. Ability to work independently and handle multiple chats concurrently. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
