Content Moderation Specialist (Reddit Experience Preferred)

Overview
We are seeking experienced Content Moderation Specialists with a background in Reddit moderation ? either as paid contractors, Hive team members, or subreddit moderators. You?ll help us build and manage safe, engaging, and high-integrity online communities across platforms.
If you have worked directly with Reddit or through third-party vendors such as Hive, or have held trusted moderation roles in large subreddits, we want to hear from you.
Duties
? Monitor and review user-generated content for policy violations
? Apply platform-specific and community guidelines to ensure a positive user experience
? Flag, escalate, or remove content that violates standards
? Contribute to building scalable moderation workflows
? Collaborate with other moderators, safety teams, and community managers
Experience
? Experience in Reddit content moderation (either in-house, via Hive, or as a high-level subreddit mod)
? Strong understanding of Reddit community guidelines and moderation tools
? Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and emotional resilience
? Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions
? Experience using content moderation dashboards or AI-assisted tools is a plus
