Senior Account Manager - Content Projects
Description:
? Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects from inception to completion.
? Coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
? Create comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives.
? Conduct market research and analysis to identify content needs and opportunities.
? Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and social media.
? Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
? Review all content assets for quality and consistency before submission to clients.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring all content meets their needs and expectations.
? Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Requirements: ? Previous experience in project management, content strategy, and copywriting, preferably within the insurance sector. ? Proven track record of managing projects effectively and producing high-quality content. ? Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
