Live Chat Specialist/ Customer Service-WFH REMOTE
Perella Weinberg Partners is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Specialist/ Customer Service professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA, but will be a work-from-home (remote) opportunity.
? *Job Overview:**
As a Live Chat Specialist/ Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. ? *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and assistance with online transactions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies ? *Requirements:**
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and online customer service platforms
