Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and effective customer support.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to navigate and use computer systems efficiently.
Knowledge of health insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
