Job Summary: The Remote Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions. The Remote Recruiter will also be responsible for bringing in new business to the company. Duties/Responsibilities: ? Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. ? Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. ? Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. ? Vets potential employees? credentials. ? Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates. ? Develops new client accounts. ? Works as Account Manager for all new business brought in. ? Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Excellent interpersonal skills. ? Must have previous business development experience. ? Previous remote recruiting experience required ? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: ? At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience working remotely.

Compensation Model:
? Base Salary, plus Commission, plus Bonus
? OTE (On target earnings) of 65k-100k in the first year/12 months
