Qualifications

? Preferred experience in customer service, online chat, or technical support (Not Required)
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
? Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote positions.
