Full Time IT Tech Customer Support Position
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time IT Tech Customer Support specialist to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service and technical skills to help our customers with their technical inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues quickly.
Responsibilities: ? Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. ? Identify customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. ? Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service. ? Monitor customer inquiries and respond to customer inquiries promptly. ? Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. ? Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. ? Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel. ? Provide technical guidance and training to customers on products and services. ? Maintain a knowledge base of current and upcoming products. ? Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. ? Assist in the development of customer service training programs. ? Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives. ? Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies. ? Participate in customer service meetings and training.
Requirements: ? At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. ? Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks. ? Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. ? Outstanding customer service and communication skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
