Field Service Engineer II

Job Duties and Responsibilities: ? Assist senior engineers in installing customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and upgrading equipment. ? Test equipment, diagnose technical problems, and resolve issues according to established procedures. ? Complete required job documentation, safety training, and procedures for processing parts. ? Professionally represent Applied Materials to the customer, prioritizing customer satisfaction. ? Adhere to company and customer on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and COVID-19 guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
? Education: Associate's Degree
? Experience: 2 - 4 Years
? Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
? Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills.
? Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
? Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
