Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
? Conduct outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential clients.
? Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
? Utilize CRM tools to manage and track all prospecting and sales activities.

Sales Presentations and Demos:
? Engage prospects through compelling sales presentations and product demos.
? Clearly articulate the value proposition of Everest?s services to potential clients.
? Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.

Relationship Building:
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
? Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
? Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Closing Deals:
? Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
? Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients.
? Overcome objections and address concerns to secure commitments from clients.

Collaboration and Communication:
? Work closely with the Marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
? Collaborate with the Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
? Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and strategies.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
? Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment.
? Use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Regularly update CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
