Google Ads Specialist Needed for WinWinLabs! WinWinLabs, is an education first non-profit organization committed to developing the next generation of talent in the American economy through our gamified product development competitions in which startup teams compete to bring a product to market. This originates from the belief that the best ideas with the best execution brings out the best in our world. Startup teams typically consists of various professionals from different fields to organize together around a mission to solve a problem. The teams go through an intensive five-week product development sprint cycle researching, ideating, product designing and developing, iterating and then presenting their minimum viable product with pitch decks to judges from target industry, company recruiters and hiring managers. We are specifically looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can provide invaluable assistance in the following 5 key areas: • Account Audit & Optimization: Conduct a thorough audit of our existing Google Ads account(s) to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and implement optimizations to enhance campaign performance, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. • Keyword Research & Strategy: Develop comprehensive keyword research strategies to identify high-impact keywords relevant to our mission and campaigns. Help us target the right audience with the right message. • Campaign Development & Management: Assist in the creation and ongoing management of new Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, possibly Video) to promote specific initiatives, fundraising drives, or awareness campaigns. This includes ad copy creation and A/B testing. • Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Ensure accurate conversion tracking is set up and maintained, allowing us to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Provide regular performance reports and insights to help us understand our ROI and inform future strategies. • Grant Management & Compliance (Google Ad Grants): If applicable, help us optimize our Google Ad Grants account to maximize our free advertising spend, ensuring compliance with Google's program policies and identifying opportunities for greater reach and impact.
