You will be responsible for collaborating with internal clients and coworkers to develop reporting and analytic solutions, as well as designing and developing packages for internal clients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and agencies in the design and development of reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business needs Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients Design and develop packages for internal clients Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions Troubleshoot technical issues Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) Experience with Excel and Visual Basic for Applications Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL Crystal Reporting experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
