Key Responsibilities Data Input and Management: Input and update data into blithequark databases and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Data Verification and Correction: Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness, and perform routine data quality checks and audits to maintain data integrity. Administrative Support: Support data management and administrative tasks as needed, including generating reports and documentation, and collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors to address any data-related issues or concerns, and work independently with minimal supervision to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Data Security and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and adhere to data security protocols to protect blithequark's data and systems. Essential Qualifications and Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data entry software and online platforms, excellent typing speed and accuracy, and basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, effective organizational and time-management skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
