About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our healthcare clients, handling customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media) to address their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and courtesy. Process requests for assistance, including potential payment processing, with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues or concerns to help improve processes and customer experience. Upsell or cross-sell relevant services or products when appropriate, enhancing customer value and loyalty. Qualifications and Skills We're seeking individuals who are not only passionate about delivering exceptional customer service but are also eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent. At least 18 years of age. Ability to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute. Comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems. Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous customer service experience (6 months preferred) in a related field. Capability to work independently in a remote, virtual team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry or a related customer-facing role. Knowledge of healthcare services, products, or insurance. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities. Work from Home Requirements To ensure a seamless and productive remote working experience, the following technical requirements must be met: Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps.
