Typing and Chat Interface Skills: Proficient in typing and using chat interface tools, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection: A reliable high-speed internet connection is required to perform the job duties. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
