Our Senior Technology Analyst plays a critical role in driving innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Technology Analyst to join our Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) team at blithequark. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for developing technology solutions and tools that enable effective data storytelling and provide insights to our Innovation Initiative across various metrics. You'll work closely with senior leaders, including the CIO and VPs, to deliver innovative solutions that inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Apply analytical skills, business processes, tools, and project methodologies to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide advisory services and solutions within your area of expertise. Evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and identify opportunities for improvement. Estimate effort and value for solutions, and apply business acumen with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms and models. Validate data and review work for accuracy using dependency identification processes in technology work. Establish and follow prioritization processes to drive work, ensuring timely completion of high-priority tasks. Communicate ideas, business, or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing, using appropriate levels of summarization and aggregation. Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring proper prioritization, visibility, and acceleration. May perform other work obligations as directed by Employee's Managers. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration). Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. Advanced knowledge of technical environments, including programming languages and software development methodologies. Skilled in collaboration, communication, and negotiation, with experience working with diverse teams and external partners. Ability to analyze complex business or technical problems, articulate issues or root causes, and translate analysis into solution recommendations. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to investigate, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications. Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple work streams and assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analysis tools, such as Alteryx and Power BI. Familiarity with Scene and other technology platforms. Certifications in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
