Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth has earned us a reputation as a top employer in the region. **The Role** As a Full Stack Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working with our highly skilled client success teams to start authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, speaking as them on their social media platforms. You'll work closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth, and will be challenged to come up with innovative solutions to manage your team to success. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day) * Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day) * Close sales and meet revenue targets (1.5 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day) * Collaborate with our client success teams to develop and implement sales strategies **Qualifications** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Passion for sales and customer service **No previous experience is required**, but we're looking for individuals who are confident in their English skills and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
