Key Responsibilities Provide primary and family care services, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions, health counseling, and disease prevention for our patients. Assume administrative responsibilities, such as opening and closing the facility, managing inventory, patient flow, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Develop and implement patient care plans, perform routine assessments, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Perform various medical procedures, including vaccinations, injections, and diagnostic tests. Hold a graduate degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies with current national board certification and licensure to practice in the advanced practice role. Complete the required certification exam within 30 days of hire. Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and automated external defibrillator (AED) operation. Be able to pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider: prior student precepting experience with MinuteClinic is preferred but not required. Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish.
