Our team is made up of talented individuals from all over the world, and we're committed to providing a fun, flexible, and supportive work environment that allows our employees to grow and thrive. **The Role** As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to our CEO, you'll be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks with other team members. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you'll also be required to manage Google Ads, respond to customer queries, and assist with general administrative tasks. You'll be working closely with our clients, communicating directly with them through our Basecamp project management system, and providing exceptional customer support. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setting up and executing ad strategies * Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including setting up and executing ad strategies * Respond to customer queries and provide exceptional customer support via Basecamp * Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation * Coordinate tasks with other team members and provide support as needed * Collaborate with our content team to create high-quality content for our clients * Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities * Perform other tasks as required by our CEO **Essential Requirements** * Based in the Philippines (with a reliable internet connection and a fast computer) * Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members * Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of ad campaign setup and optimization * Google Ads experience, with knowledge of ad campaign setup and optimization (Google Certification is a plus) * Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed * Willingness to help out wherever our CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks * Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power) * Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms **Preferred Qualifications** * Video editing skills * Copywriting skills * Website creation skills * Social media management skills * Online lead generation and follow-up skills * Product research skills **Percentage Breakdown of Tasks** * Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%) * Google Ads setup and optimization (10%) * Responding to customer queries via Basecamp (10%) * Graphic design (10%) * General admin (10%) * Report preparation (5%) * SEO blog proofreading and editing (5%) * Lead generation and follow-up (5%) **Perks** * Fun, flexible work environment with a dynamic and entrepreneurial team * Highly competitive salary based on experience, plus a quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th month bonus * Additional performance-based bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing, with access to screen-recorded trainings * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Grow with our company and build out the marketing team * We're loyal to our employees and treat them with respect at all times **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!
