You'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your expertise in data entry, cloud application development, and analytics will enable you to drive process improvement, identify opportunities for growth, and develop business recommendations based on data insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and develop start-to-finish analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification or equivalent reasonable experience * 3 years of experience with program management, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs * 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-group projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling information collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners both technical and non-technical individuals * 3 years of experience with specialized program/project management jobs * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within at least one group to drive impact and work towards shared objectives * Excellent analytical, information perception, and decisive reasoning abilities **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience with cloud application development and analytics tools and technologies * Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and business growth strategies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
