As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analysis and insights that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business activities and decision-making for our sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answer business-critical questions and provide expert insights on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth. * Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Apply statistical and inferential techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behavior/value and drive business impact across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. * Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
