Our mission is to revolutionize the way people access healthcare, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our journey. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.
