Key Responsibilities Lead business outcomes - articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and drive strategic discussions with customers. Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings. Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, ensuring executive sponsorship of programs. Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the blithequark account team (direct sales). Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, with deal structures aligned with defined customer outcomes and blithequark ProServe business objectives. Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience. 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience. 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles. A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs. Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions. Preferred Qualifications A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations. Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following: Content Production. Media Supply Chain. Direct to Consumer / Streaming. Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization. Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
