Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions. Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction. Issue Resolution: Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary. Technical Support: Provide technical support when navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Customer Relationship Building: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship. Time Management: Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them. Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older). Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills. Pre-Employment Screening: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment. Time Management: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
