As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * 30% Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, including data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development * 20% Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests * 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail * 20% Develop additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team * 10% Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Director and has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** Normally requires less than 10% of the time for temporary travel. **Physical Requirements** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
