We're dedicated to creating a workplace culture that values employee engagement, growth, and well-being. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating rides to medical facilities for customers who require assistance. Our goal is to ensure they receive timely and stress-free transportation to their medical appointments. You'll work closely with transportation providers, healthcare facilities, and our customers to resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional support and care throughout the process. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Schedule routes and dispatch trips to various medical facilities and providers * Coordinate mass transportation when necessary * Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs * Collaborate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve problems and ensure smooth operations * Assign reservations to network providers to optimize vehicle resources and meet client demand * Maintain daily communication with transportation providers to ensure timely updates and resolutions * Ensure accurate trip data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines **Skills & Experience Needed** * High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers * At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry (preferably) * Prior in-bound call center experience (preferably) * Excellent customer service and phone skills * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work independently or within a team **Education** * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) **Benefits & Perks** * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Paid Time Off * Paid T-Mobile cell service * $500.00 Employee referral program * Employee PerkSpot (discounts on retail, hotel, food, restaurants, car rental, and much more) **Equipment Requirements** * PC Processor: minimum of i5 10th generation (or comparable AMD) * PC RAM: minimum of 8GB * PC OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64 bit required) * PC hard drive: minimum of 30GB free space available * Headset: double-ear, wired USB headset with boom microphone * Monitor/Screen: Must have 2 screens, with at least one 19” or larger and 1280×1024 minimum resolution (a desktop with two monitors or a laptop screen with an attached external monitor is acceptable) * Webcam (integrated or external) * Standard Keyboard * Standard Mouse * Hardwired internet connection with minimum Download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum Upload speed of 10 Mbps (DSL, Cable, or Fiber required; wifi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are not compatible) **Job Type** * Full-time **Pay** * $14.00 per hour **Expected Hours** * 40 per week **Benefits** * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance **Shift** * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift **Location** * Texas (Required) **Work Location** * Remote If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
