Your primary objective will be to book appointments with customers for small-scale services and jobs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner Engage in cold calling to leads, identifying potential customers, and segregating contacts based on service requirements Book appointments with customers for small-scale services and jobs, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling Provide estimates, send invoices, record payments, and manage pending payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless financial transactions Follow up with customers, closing deals over the phone, and continuously improving customer handling skills to drive sales growth Stay up-to-date with our services, improving knowledge to provide better customer service and support Work with web and mobile applications, developing expertise to leverage technology and enhance customer engagement Collaborate with sales executives, reporting priority issues, and escalating concerns to ensure prompt resolution Perform other duties as assigned by sales executives or management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you should possess: High school diploma (compulsory) Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Top-notch English speaking skills, with excellent customer handling, and selling skills No target-based job, allowing you to focus on providing outstanding customer service without the pressure of meeting sales targets Preferred Qualifications: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong educational foundation 1 year of experience in cold calling, with a proven ability to engage with customers and drive sales growth Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
