Our solutions include: Integration into existing systems or setup of new equipment for merchants to accept payments A wide variety of payment processing solutions to cater to different business needs Ongoing support and training to ensure your success in the role Access to cutting-edge technology and resources to help you build and manage your portfolio of merchant accounts Key Responsibilities As a Customer Sales Executive at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying and acquiring new merchant accounts through your professional network, referrals, and independent sales efforts Building and maintaining relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term retention and growth Providing exceptional customer service and support to your portfolio of merchant accounts Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and performance metrics Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior sales experience or sales training, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively A self-starter mentality, with a strong desire to succeed and earn significant income Connections to businesses through prior or current employment, or personal networks, are desirable but not essential A coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales strategies Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes: A 40% revenue share on all accounts processed, paid for the life of the account on the 25th of each month Regular monthly cash bonus incentives for closing deals Additional commission on sold or leased equipment to businesses Uncapped earning potential, with most agents achieving $6,000 in monthly income by month 6 and $10,000 per month by the end of year 1 Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our contractors.
