**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Weekend Shift (4-Day Schedule) for Remote Customer Service Team**

As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Our team is passionate about delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Schedule and Work Environment** As a Customer Care Representative, you will work a 4-day weekend schedule, with the following hours: * Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time * Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time * Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time * Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time You will work remotely from a secure and quiet environment with a strong Internet connection, and blithequark will provide all necessary equipment. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment * Familiarity with customer service software and technology * Previous experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
