Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Back-Office / Operations Assistant to support daily operational processes within our financial services team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in finance, banking operations, or administrative support. You will help ensure that transactions, documentation, and internal data are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Key Responsibilities Process, review, and update financial and client data within internal systems with a high level of accuracy. • Perform daily operational tasks such as documentation review, filing, tracking, and data verification. • Assist with reconciliation activities, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues where necessary. • Support onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, including documentation checks and status updates. • Coordinate with front-office, compliance, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. • Maintain organized digital and physical records following internal controls and confidentiality guidelines. • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and logs for management review. • Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with large volumes of data. • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort working with databases or internal systems. • Good communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly. • Interest in financial services, banking operations, or back-office functions is preferred.
