Minimum Requirements: Current enrollment in an undergraduate program or a related program at an accredited postsecondary institution with a Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering Technology and Minor in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or vice-versa Attach your most recent transcripts with your application For some roles, you may need to possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Location and other Key Details: This is a/an 4, 8, 12, or 16-month term commitment beginning in January 2026. You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application Potential locations for these student roles include Calgary, St. John's, and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to indicate your location preferences in your application Students working in Edmonton will be located at the Suncor Edmonton Refinery. Please note, public transportation is not readily available to the refinery; the successful candidates will need to have their own means of transportation Students who live and work in Fort McMurray are eligible for a cash allowance to address the cost of living and the remote nature of the region.
