Whether it's servicing walk-in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, or completing sales transactions, you'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional service will make all the difference. **Primary Objective** Our primary objective is to ensure effective and efficient coordination between arenaflex and its customers, providing a high level of service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing sales orders and resolving customer product or service issues in a timely and professional manner. **Primary Function And Scope** As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing customer account management, which may include order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment. * Providing customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution). * Keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparation of reports. * Interfacing with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery. * Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as required. **Experience And Knowledge Required** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalency. * 3+ years of call center or customer service experience. * A focus on customer account management is preferred. **Competencies** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess: * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization. * Good voice quality that is conversational and professional. * The ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills. * A moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel. * The ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, manage priorities, and manage time effectively. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Other Pertinent Job Information** While performing the duties of this job, you'll be regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. You'll also be required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. You'll need to have the ability to regularly lift to 15-30 lbs and at certain times, you may be required to safely lift to 70 lbs. Tile boxes or other materials that are longer than 36 inches or more than 70 lbs. in weight require a team lift. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
