Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

About the position Responsibilities • Resolves concerns and answers questions of customers regarding services and procedures. • Assists with placement of orders and exchanges. • Takes payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses, emails, and phone numbers. • Provides prompt, professional, attentive, empathetic, friendly, courteous, pleasant, and helpful service to all customers, internal and external. • Addresses product concerns and provides instructions on how to use the product. • Keeps reference materials current and organized. • Alerts Customer Service Management Team of any unique issues in regard to Account Managers, patients, products, etc. • Utilizes computer system to monitor call volumes to ensure adequate phone coverage. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements • Six-months previous call center experience or combination of relevant telephone experience and customer service. • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers with strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish. • Works under moderate supervision. • Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of the job responsibility. • Ability to use automated information systems to analyze patient accounts. • Ability to communicate and convey information effectively. • Effective listening skills that give full attention to what other people say, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times. • Basic math and proficient reading comprehension skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to have a quiet workspace and flexibility to work in a home office, depending on company needs. • Organized, self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and strong decision-making skills. • Strong desire to learn and succeed.
