Requirements: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment. • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems quickly. • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required. • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
