As a Connect Retention Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a positive experience and continue to benefit from our services. If you are passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and are driven to succeed, we would love to have you on board. Serve as the main point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and concerns. Proactively reach out to members to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by members. Educate members on the benefits and features of our services to promote engagement and retention. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex member inquiries. Track and report member feedback and retention metrics to management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve member retention strategies. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and retention efforts. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Elevance Health's mission and values to members. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
