Salary - Market Rate Location - Remote / Atlanta, GA Support Specialist 2 Atlanta Primary Skill: AEM Secondary Skill : Basic Azure Cloud knowledge Good To Have : Identity Access Management knowledge Customer expecting profile by this week since the engagement will start from 1st May Schedule : Support in American business hours (Monday to Friday); On-call support(Saterday , Sunday) L2 Application Support Extremely urgent Key responsibilities: • Operate and Support AWS & Azure Platform Infrastructure • Operate and support all instances of the Coca-Cola MarTech products (CDS, NGPS, AEM) • Monitoring & Performance • Onboard the regional teams with the latest product changes • Investigate & Resolve L2 incidents • Orchestrate L3 resolutions with the product teams • Test & validate new product releases • Test & validate the integration with the other products within the Technology Stack • Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) The required skillset for the engineers: • Experience with cloud computing platforms - AWS and/or Azure • Knowledge of an application programming interface (API) and web services • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices • Identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including authentication and authorization • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD B2C, including monitoring, logging and debugging will be considered a plus • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage conflicting priorities • Experience in using source control management tools such as Git or SVN for version control and collaboration • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and techniques for automating the software delivery pipeline, including code building, testing, and deployment • Basic scripting understanding • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges • Self-starters who can work with minimal guidance • Have strong written and verbal communication skills Apply tot his job
