Job Overview: Client Success Representative - Overnight Shift We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Representative to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Client Success Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and our business service specialists. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from clients and potential customers, directing them to the appropriate department or specialist Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience Utilize our internal system, Newtracker, to enter client information and assign referrals to the relevant department, ensuring efficient workload distribution Serve as a quality assurance checkpoint, identifying and alerting management to any issues or concerns Cross-sell Newtek services to new and existing customers, promoting our products and services that can help businesses grow and thrive Maintain a strong knowledge base of our business units, including lending, payroll, merchant processing, insurance, and technology Provide timely and accurate status updates on assigned referrals to management Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Client Success Representative, you'll need: 2-3 years of phone experience, preferably in a customer-facing or sales environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities A flexible work ethic, with the ability to work varying hours and days, including holidays The capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: Previous experience in a financial services or business solutions environment Knowledge of CRM systems and sales principles A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth What We Offer At NewtekOne, we're committed to providing a rewarding and engaging work environment.
