Chat Support Representative REMOTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information and support. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. • Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, and policies. • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. • Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to improve customer experience. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new features and updates. • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. • Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Follow up after resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or online environment. • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help customers. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
