Company Overview (allorausa.com) We are a B2B focused ecommerce company supplying ADA compliant sinks, faucets, and kitchen and bathroom fixtures to commercial and trade buyers including contractors, developers, and distributors. a A large portion of our traffic enters through educational blog content. Today, those blog pages are not optimized for B2B conversion paths such as trade program signups, bulk inquiries, or commercial product discovery. We are not optimizing for B2C. All CRO work must prioritize B2B lead generation and commercial routing. Role Summary We are hiring an experienced B2B CRO specialist to run a controlled test on our blog pages. This is a short trial engagement focused on optimizing high traffic blog content that represents roughly 80 percent of total site visits. The goal is to convert existing traffic into identifiable B2B users through improved internal linking, CTAs, and intent based routing. Initial scope is 2 to 4 weeks at approximately 20 to 30 hours. Successful execution may lead to expansion across the rest of the site. Success in this test is defined by measurable post blog behavior, clean instrumentation, and documented decision logic, not revenue lift. What You Will Work On - Audit 5 to 10 high traffic blog pages using our existing B2B query and intent map - Define intent tiers for blog traffic and map each tier to distinct B2B conversion paths before implementing changes - Identify B2B conversion gaps such as missing trade program links, weak CTAs, or dead end content paths - Implement subtle and fully revertible CRO changes, including: -- Contextual internal links to trade program, collections, and product pages -- B2B specific CTAs such as request pricing or talk to a supplier -- Light A B tests on elements like sidebars, inline CTAs, or popups - Set up or audit analytics and tracking for B2B actions such as: -- Clicks to trade program -- Commercial page depth -- Research to commercial transitions -Document all changes clearly with: -- Before and after behavior -- Expected impact on B2B engagement -- How the approach scales as SEO expands into new queries Explicit Constraints - Focus exclusively on B2B behavior and outcomes - Do not optimize for B2C conversions - Do not rewrite blog content for SEO - Do not change URLs or metadata - Blog pages only for this test Requirements -3 plus years of B2B CRO experience with suppliers, wholesalers, or manufacturers - Proven results tied to lead generation or commercial engagement - Add Details123 to the top of your message/inquire - Case studies or metrics required - Strong understanding of B2B funnels from research to procurement - Experience optimizing mixed traffic sites where B2B and B2C intent overlap - Hands on experience with tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar - Comfortable working with an incomplete query map and designing intent based systems that scale - Clear communicator who documents decisions and tradeoffs - Available to start within one week - US time zones preferred.
