In this role, you will be at the forefront of rolling out the right tools/solutions that power our Total Connections Planning approach. You will work closely with internal technology and product teams to deliver marketing process–enabling solutions, and work with agency and platform partners to ensure seamless adoption and deployment of agency tech stack to support our brand activation. This role will also support embedding AI-driven tools and practices into campaign planning and execution, enabling our brands to activate media more effectively and connect with consumers in meaningful ways. Responsibilities Media Capability Rollout & Adoption Lead deployment of agency and internal media tools that enable Total Connections Planning across markets. Drive adoption of global data, tech, and optimization solutions within brand and agency teams. Partnership with Tech & Product Teams Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to co-develop solutions that enable end-to-end marketing processes. Ensure business needs are embedded into solution design, testing, and rollout. AI-Driven Campaign Enablement Partner with stakeholders, to support the process of evaluation, verification of right technology and responsible framework. Champion the education, training, and adoption of AI-powered tools that support campaign planning, creative assembly, media buying, and optimization. Operational Excellence & Enablement Build playbooks, training modules, and frameworks that help practitioners maximize use of media tools and platforms. Create feedback loops to continuously refine processes and enhance tool usability. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Track adoption and effectiveness of deployed tools; provide insights to leadership on business impact. Capture best practices and case studies to accelerate scaling across markets. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 4–6 years of experience in media planning, buying, digital marketing, or ad tech—preferably in CPG or consumer-facing industries. Proven track record deploying or enabling media/data/tech platforms within large, global/regional organizations. Understanding of Total Connections Planning or similar integrated planning frameworks. Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered media tools and campaign optimization platforms is a strong plus. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across internal tech, product, brand, and external agency teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple rollouts simultaneously. Strong communicator with ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms.
