About the position The primary role of the Analyst, Solutions Center position is to be the initial point of contact for all MEDITECH staff members should any network, internal application, or desktop client issues arise. As a member of our Corporate Technology team, your job would involve: Providing remote or hands-on client troubleshooting, support and training Conducting technical workshops and software seminars Acting as a vested partner throughout the issue life cycle by ensuring efficient and effective resolutions are achieved Exploring new ideas for providing improved customer support to our staff, with a focus on forward-thinking strategies Helping to lead MEDITECH's adoption of new technology and to support the company's evolving technical resources Preparing Corporate Technology support materials such as Best Practices and software documentation Acting as representative for various project teams and staff in application training and support. Requirements • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience • Advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 7, Microsoft Networking, and applications such as Mozilla Firefox, OpenOffice and MS Office • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Understanding of PC, laptop and server hardware • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong technical aptitude Benefits • health, dental, & vision insurance • profit sharing trust and 401(k) • tuition reimbursement • generous paid time off, sick days, personal time, and paid holidays Apply tot his job
