Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. • Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. • Additional Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
