About the Role: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of American Airlines. Key Responsibilities: Core Duties & Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional customer support. Assist customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel updates. Resolve customer concerns and ensure their needs are met with care and accuracy. Provide helpful information on American Airlines policies, travel requirements, and loyalty programs. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service experiences. What You Bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers. Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
